Made to order
Because each Parable Threads item is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — we are always happy to help if you are unsure.
Defects, damage & printing errors
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or has a printing error, we will gladly replace it or issue store credit at no cost to you. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Wrong or missing items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, contact us and we will resolve it right away.
How to start a request
Send us a note through our contact page with your order number and details. We will respond quickly and walk you through the next steps.
Store credit & gift cards
We do not issue refunds back to your original card. Instead, approved returns are credited to your account as store credit or a gift card that you can use toward a future purchase. Once we receive your returned item, we will process it and apply the credit to your account.
